    Our story

    Passwords were the problem. So we took them away.

    The number of apps, accounts and passwords in every organization keeps growing, and each password is a risk.

    My1Login was founded in 2007 to solve the security risks created by the growing sprawl of workforce identities, usernames and passwords. We started with single sign-on for web and Windows desktop applications, linked to the sign-in people already use for their directory.

    Today My1Login removes the burden of passwords from the workforce and puts organizations back in control: passwords created, shared and changed by policy, one-time codes generated and filled in, onboarding and offboarding through the directory, and shadow IT found before it becomes a risk.

    Our zero-knowledge encryption means the keys to your data stay inside your own network, so nobody outside it can read your stored passwords, including us. It's why we're trusted in policing, defense, healthcare, finance and the public sector.

    We design and build My1Login in the UK, and we support every customer directly. When you talk to us, you talk to the people who build the product.
