Pricing questions
How is My1Login priced?
Per user, per month, for each module you choose, on an annual contract. Single sign-on for desktop has a minimum of 100 users; the other modules have no minimum. The prices on this page are for 1,000 users.
Can we buy just one module?
Single sign-on for web and the enterprise password manager can each be bought on their own, but we generally recommend them together: the enterprise password manager uses password vaulting and forwarding single sign-on to sign people in, so the two work as one. Single sign-on for desktop, MFA and one-time codes, and user provisioning are optional add-ons you can add at any time. Buying several modules? Talk to us about bundle pricing.
What if we have fewer or more than 1,000 users?
There's no minimum, except for single sign-on for desktop (100 users). The price per user depends on how many people you cover. Ask us for a quote and we'll price it for your organization.
Why are there two prices for single sign-on for web?
$1.90 covers apps that use SAML. $2.60 also covers apps that sign in with a username and password, which My1Login fills in for your workforce.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. The 14-day free trial is the full product, on your own apps.
How quickly will My1Login pay for itself?
That depends on your organization. Most of the return comes from the time your workforce spends signing in and from password calls to your service desk. Our ROI calculator gives you an estimate in seconds.
