20,000+ apps ready to connect, and a way in for the rest.
My1Login's catalog covers modern cloud apps that use SAML or OpenID Connect, web apps that only take a username and password, apps that ask for one-time codes and, with single sign-on for desktop, Windows desktop software. Apps that aren't in it yet can usually be added, including your own in-house systems.

Every kind of sign-in, one catalog.
Most catalogs only list the apps that support SAML. My1Login's covers how your apps actually sign people in, so the supplier portal and the old desktop package are on the list too.

Not in the catalog? There's usually a way in.
The catalog is where apps start, not where coverage ends. Web apps can be added in moments or with one click from shadow IT discovery, desktop apps with a little scripting, and help is on hand for anything awkward.
Web apps: add the address
Any web app can be added straight away by entering its URL, including bespoke and in-house systems. No changes to the app and no API.
Desktop apps: simple scripting
Windows desktop apps are added from a template, with some simple scripting where an app needs it. Single sign-on for desktop
One click from shadow IT discovery
Apps My1Login finds people using appear in the shadow IT discovery panel. One click adds them, and My1Login learns each person's credentials the next time they sign in, so credential-based single sign-on simply starts working.
Customer Success can help
My1Login's Customer Success team is on hand to help add any app, and to check your app list before you commit.
Around 600 apps found, and every one of them connected.
"My1Login has helped us identify around 600 business applications in-use and 100% of these are now integrated with My1Login's IAM solution…"

App catalog questions
How many apps does My1Login work with?
More than 20,000 apps are ready to connect, covering SAML and OpenID Connect cloud apps, password-only web apps, apps that ask for one-time codes and, with single sign-on for desktop, Windows desktop software.
What if our app isn't in the catalog?
Yes, it can still be added. Web apps are added instantly by entering their URL, and people can add their own if you allow it. Apps found in the shadow IT discovery panel can be added with one click: My1Login then learns each person's credentials the next time they sign in, enabling credential-based single sign-on. Desktop apps are added with some simple scripting, and My1Login's Customer Success team is available to help with any app.
Can we connect our own in-house apps?
Yes. In-house web apps are added by entering their URL, and in-house desktop apps with some simple scripting, without changes to the app and without an API.
Are Windows desktop apps included?
Yes, with single sign-on for desktop, an add-on to single sign-on for web. See single sign-on for desktop
Who decides which apps are covered?
You do. IT can choose the apps that are covered for everyone, let people add their own apps and logins, or combine the two. For example, IT can set up the core business apps while people add the other work apps they use.
