A password manager provider built for the enterprise, not the individual.
My1Login has provided enterprise password management since 2007. Credentials for every app are managed centrally by IT, created and changed by policy, and filled in for your workforce, across web, cloud and Windows desktop apps. With zero-knowledge encryption, we can't read them.

- The provider may hold your keys

Everything below works across web, cloud and Windows desktop apps.
Password policy per app
Strong passwords created and changed by policy, even on apps you don't control.
Shared accounts
Use a shared login without seeing its password, with every use logged.
Access by date and time
Release access only between set dates, on set days or in working hours.
Passwords nobody sees
Nothing for a phishing page to collect, and nothing for a leaver to take away.
One-time codes, generated and filled
Authenticator codes generated and filled in, so nobody reaches for a phone.
Shadow IT found
Sign-ins to apps IT didn't know about are spotted and brought under the same rules.
A record of every access
Who opened which app, and when, across web, cloud and desktop.

Password manager provider questions
Can My1Login see our passwords?
No. With zero-knowledge encryption the keys are only available inside your organization's network, so nobody outside it can read your stored passwords, including My1Login.
What does the adoption guarantee cover?
Adoption is guaranteed wherever the zero-login configuration has been deployed. Every provisioned user who signs in to your corporate directory, such as Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory, during the contract term counts as adopted.
Does it work with Windows desktop apps?
Yes. Single sign-on for desktop, an add-on to single sign-on for web, signs your workforce in to Windows desktop, Citrix and mainframe software, with no API needed.
Who decides which apps are covered?
You do. IT can choose the apps for everyone, let people add their own, or combine the two.
How much does it cost?
The enterprise password manager is £2 per user, per month, on an annual contract. See the pricing page for every module.
Bring your most awkward app to a 5-minute demo.
We'll sign in to it without a password, and show you what IT controls and what your workforce notices, which is nothing.
- 5 minutes, on your own apps
- A specialist replies within one working day
- No obligation
