COVID-19 Statement

A message from Mike Newman, CEO.

Covid-19 is having a significant impact on the way we all live and work. My most important consideration at this time is people’s welfare. I have taken action to ensure all My1Login employees are safe and well and we have implemented remote working for all of our people across the UK. Our managers are in daily video contact with all of their teams to ensure their health and wellbeing. I am extremely proud of how our fantastic people are dealing with this and how they continue to go above and beyond to support our customers.

For customers who use My1Login to ensure their organisations are secure, please be assured that all of our teams are working as normal. While our teams are extremely busy due to the need for organisations to enable secure remote working, there is no impact on the My1Login service or the support provided by our customer success and technical teams. We appreciate organisations are going through the transition to remote working and we are here to help and support you.
